Why am I qualified to teach you this?

I've worked with HubSpot both in-house and as a consultant. When I began my HubSpot journey in 2018, I worked in the Marketing department of an outstanding startup in Australia. They entrusted me with the responsibility of managing the company’s HubSpot account. I quickly went from "Oh, I wonder how to segment a Workflow into multiple branches!" to "I'll build a Workflow strategy for all our Customer Onboarding operations!”.

My colleagues turned to me for guidance, and I soon became the go-to HubSpot expert in the company. I immersed myself in the HubSpot world. My boss and I were so engrossed in all things HubSpot that we were invited to speak about our Lead Nurturing Strategy at a HubSpot meetup in Sydney!

A few years later, I found myself in Portugal when the pandemic hit. Initially, I was job hunting after the move, but with the pandemic, I turned to the online world for opportunities, just like many others in my field.

As it turns out, the "online world" is full of companies searching for individuals to assist them with HubSpot. A few weeks into my freelance job search, I landed three consulting gigs with a few great European startups. It felt almost too good to be true. I went from uncertain employment prospects to a bustling client pipeline in just three weeks. The pandemic year was really crazy, wasn't it?

I continued working with clients for several more years, honing my skills in HubSpot account management. I got better at addressing client questions about HubSpot, resolving common HubSpot issues that everyone encounters, and training teams to use HubSpot effectively.

Then, one day, I found myself at home, quite bored during a lockdown in Portugal. I thought to myself, "I wonder if anyone would be interested in a HubSpot course?" I pieced together an idea, and what had started as a result of a pretty random day when I was tired of crocheting and cleaning the house, became my first Udemy course on HubSpot.

Who would have thought that a few years later, I'd have more than 7,000 people enrolled in my courses, with my courses ranking at the top when you search for the keyword "HubSpot" on Udemy?
